Longest Absence EVER aka Congratulations, Jan & Randy!!!

FRIENDS!!!  Welcome to the first KMP blog post in far, far too long!  I could give a whole list of "excuses" for this prolonged absence, first and foremost our big *MOVE* across the country this summer to FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS... but I'll save those updates for another post ~ and there's no good excuse, anyway ~ it's back to blogging for me, starting now!

Without further ado, please join me in ogling the beauty of this gorgeous wedding weekend...  My roommate from my freshman year in college celebrated her marriage a few weeks ago with an absolutely stunning series of wedding-weekend events in The Hamptons!  Below, you'll see images from the clam bake on the beach the night before the wedding, the beach excursion we took with some friends the day of the wedding, and of course the ceremony and reception that night!  Needless to say, we had a great time in New York and I'm happy to share these beautiful pictures from this beautiful occasion with all of you!

And now moving on ... to the gorgeousness of our glorious time on the **BEACH** the next day!

It's WEDDING TIME!!!  

Here's my college BFF, Miss Michelle, at her prettiest! :)  

All the guests got to mingle and have cocktails before the ceremony began on a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean!

 

Michelle and her sweet husband Jonathan celebrated their FIRST wedding anniversary not too long ago!  You can look back on some shots from their special day HERE!  (Click here to see Michelle & Jonathan's wedding!)

This is just before we went down to the beach for the actual ceremony ... A-MAZ-ING!

 

Jan's attendants were her two lovely sisters ~ here they are as they each walk down the aisle during the processional; Marie's picture is on the left and Wesley's is on the right.  YOU'RE GORGEOUS, GIRLS!

Who doesn't love a basket of fresh veggies??!!  (Says the vegetarian!!)

I was pretty busy eating by this point :)  but I did manage to snap a few shots of our scrumptious food ~ first you'll see the four-color salad we had as a first course; then the truly delicious wedding cake; and finally, a warm and fresh berry cobbler ~ YUM!!!  Suffice it to say, we were well-fed! :) :)

 And here they are again ~ the happy bride and groom!

Thanks for having us, Jan and Randy ~ you're a glorious couple in so many ways and we were so happy to be there to share in your evident and abundant joy!!!
