Heather and Michael got married on April 24th in Mannasas, VA at the beautiful Bristow Manor.  Since Heather is one of my oldest and dearest friends, I was bestowed with the honor of being a bridesmaid in her lovely wedding!  But even though I wasn't OFFICIALLY photographing her wedding ... you *KNOW* I couldn't resist taking some pretty pictures anyway!  So here are just a few of those pretty pictures ~ ENJOY!

This next one was literally one of my favorite sights from the whole day! :)

Michael and Heather had their WEDDING DAY marked in pen and underlined on the calendar in the kitchen - you guys are TOO CUTE!!!  I love it!

We were such spoiled girls that day ... wonderful hair and makeup artists came TO THE HOUSE to help us get beautiful before the Big Event!

The Class of 2010

Happy Graduation to this fantastic group of girls! 

In my job as an Academic Advisor at Penn State I'm lucky enough to meet lots of great students, and a few of my most specialist and favoritest :) students, named Ashlee and Lindsay, were among this group of lovely ladies who hired me to do a quick *NITTANY LION SHRINE* photo shoot for them last week!  If you're NOT a Penn Stater you may not understand why we stood in line for nearly an hour in questionable weather to pose with a lion figure made of stone...?!  But trust me - they weren't the only ones!!

Here are just a few of the shots from the Cap 'n' Gown photo shoot (although you'll see that near the end they opted to lose the caps and gowns in favor of some less formal matching attire!)

T.G.I. Heather's Bridal Shower! :)

Finally - back to the blog!  Here's an assortment of photos from a few weekends ago, when we honored my dear friend Heather with a Bridal Shower just ONE DAY before her wedding!!!

It was a whirlwind wedding extravaganza weekend and we had a fantastic time at each and every one of the special events ... including this lovely shower at one of Miss H's all-time favorte restaurants: T.G.I. Friday's! :)

Meet Nick (he's Heather's cousin Amy's little son and he's *A*D*O*R*A*B*L*E*):

Amy has another son named Ryan - he is ALSO adorable ... and Ryan definitely loves his Cousin Meghan! :)

And so begins my obsession with the FAN-freaking-TASTIC cupcakes procured by Heather's new sister-in-law Katie --- THEY WERE GORGEOUS!!!

(And just as delicious too!)
